Cybyskes Named New Homes Realty's Top Producers in Carolinas

SUNSET BEACH, N.C. (April 17, 2007) – New Homes Realty, Inc. has named the husband-and-wife team of Ron and Nadine Cybyske as its Top Producers in North Carolina and South Carolina for 2006.

The couple, who operate in both states along the Grand Strand between Wilmington, N.C. and Myrtle Beach, S.C., closed 34 properties in 2006, representing $8.5 million in sales, including single-family homes, condominiums, townhouses and vacant land. They also earned second place in the competition for New Homes Realty’s Outstanding Field Partner Award for closings in 2006.

The Cybyskes are both Accredited Buyers Representatives (ABR), a unique designation that only about 1 percent of all real estate agents attain. “We work for the buyer and no one else,” Nadine Cybyske said. “We represent them and look out for their best interest, assisting them throughout the process: showing them properties, writing contracts, doing inspections and getting the sale closed.”

As two of about 400 buyer’s agents who work for New Homes Realty, the Cybyskes stand out for their attention to detail and because they get results.
