New Homes Realty Promotes Kurt Gleeson to Vice President of National Sales

October 4, 2006 – Kurt Gleeson, formerly Managing Broker for New Homes Realty’s West Florida region, has been promoted to Vice President of National Sales. New Homes Realty is based in Clearwater, FL, and provides Buyer's Agent services for new and resale homes in 36 states with its network of over 450 licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers. Kurt will be working closely with New Homes Realty Brokers across the US to implement a unified national sales strategy, and he will help develop the training curriculum for New Homes Realty Buyer’s Agents.

Kurt Gleeson has over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry as a Broker and Attorney. He has worked in several Florida markets since 1999, including Naples, Sarasota, Tampa Bay, and Venice. Originally from Pittsburgh, Kurt holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College and a law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. He has been with New Homes Realty since May of 2006.
