New Homes Realty is based in Clearwater, FL, and provides Buyer's Agent services for new and resale homes in 36 states with its network of over 450 licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers. Bill brings a depth of knowledge and proven track record of real estate success to the board; as a Director he will be an important contributor to the New Homes Realty growth strategy. Bill Kiley is a graduate of Boston University and a former Vista Volunteer, where he took part in domestic poverty programs until 1970. His decades of excellence in the real estate industry began later that year when he joined Carlson Real Estate in Boston. Bill remained with Carlson for 20 years, and during that time was instrumental in building it into a major company. In 1991 he started growing a large Coldwell Banker franchise; by the time he left in 1998 he’d taken it from sales of $500 million to over $11 billion. Bill sat on the National Association of REALTORS™ Large Broker Committee until 1992, and he holds the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designations.
