The high volume of New Homes Realty customers in New York has led the company to divide its operations there into two distinct regions. Mary Jo’s area of responsibility includes Wayne, Ontario, Yates, and Steuban Counties, as well as all New York counties to the west of them. Mary Jo was born and raised in Upstate NY and brings 20 years of real estate experience, high ethics, and even higher level of customer/ client care. She has national and local real estate designations: Certified New Home Sales Person, Certified Residential Specialist (nationally, only 4% of Agents have this designation), Graduate Realtor Institute, Relocation Director, and she is a member of her local chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors. Over the years Mary Jo has participated on the ethics, arbitration, and bicentennial committees of her local board.
