Connected to the dining room is a gourmet kitchen featuring a useful pantry and optional desk. Through the kitchen, enter your optional Florida room, available in two sizes. An optional fireplace in the Florida room is available for warm, cozy gatherings. An optional covered or screened patio is available in lieu of the Florida room. A large laundry room is standard in this model and has ample storage space. Your luxurious master suite has a private master bath with spacious walk-in closet. A second bedroom completes the first floor. The second floor has a living room/loft. The Drake I can be accessed directly through the garage, which is expanded to include an additional storage area.
